Australian mammals are quite different to mammals found elsewhere in the world. Many are marsupials, carrying their young in a pouch, like kangaroos or koalas. Australia is also home to monotremes – egg laying mammals (platypus and echidna).
Natureworks’ realistic sculptures of wombats, possums, kangaroos and other native animals embrace the unique beauty of Australian fauna. Some of the mammal sculptures are larger than life size, designed as play items or tourist attractions.

We wish to respectfully acknowledge with honour the First Peoples of our Mother Earth, our ancestral elders of this ancient country of past, present and future who are the traditional custodians of all states and territories where we live and work. We acknowledge their continuing living spiritual cultural heritage, the sacred connection to land, sea, sky, community, country and all living things.
