How to order

You can order via our website, or simply by picking up a phone or dropping us an email (see contact info and opening hours). For custom projects, please use the custom project enquiry form.

Here’s how to order products listed on our website:

From our products index, you can browse our products by category, filter them by tags or sub-categories, or search for a specific term.

This will add the product to a temporary quote list. You’ll see ‘1 item’ displayed in the bar at the top of the page. You can view the list by clicking there, or the ‘View my quote’ button on a product page.

You can keep adding products to your list. 

Click the ‘view my quote list’ button from any product, or the ‘my list’ item number at the top right of any page. Check you have all the products you need, and adjust quantities if needed. 

Section 1 asks a few questions about product usage and specific requirements. Make relevant choices, or add a comment if you are not sure exactly what extras you need.

If you’ve requested delivery or installation as an extra, make sure you fill in the delivery address in Section 2 of the form.

Finally, please check the privacy button, so we can use your details to get back to you with a quote.

Your quote request will go to our office staff. If anything needs clarifying, they will contact you via phone or email. If not, they will calculate the cost of the product and any extras, and send you a quote as soon as possible. You will receive this via email.

When you receive the quote, you can follow the instructions in the email regarding acceptance and payment, or give us a call if you’d like to check anything.

Once you’ve ordered, you’ll be advised of timescales for delivery or pick-up. If you need a product within a set timescale, please specify that when you send the quote request, or give us a call to check first.
