This custom designed larger than life-size standing miner statue has been a popular public art structure.
Natureworks was commissioned to design and manufacture a miner to replicate well know figure in the oil and gas industry in Australia.
This iconic statue helps to commemorate their efforts and celebrate their achievements and all that is known to the industry and their hardships and efforts of the people, explorers, engineers, field workers, investors and many others of the industry.
He is now part of the story of Roma – the birthplace of the oil and gas industry in Australia and stands proud outside the BIG RIG in Roma Queensland.
