RNA Showground Entry Statement Sign

RNA Showground Entry Sign – Ekka Brisbane

This bas-relief 3D sign was designed and sculpted by Natureworks in 2002 so that one outstanding image could tell the Ekka Story of a thousand words.

Natureworks custom fabricated 5 copies in pre-pigmented fibreglass which were to be erected every year at each of the showground entrances.

The Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) is Queensland’s largest and most loved annual event, attracting on average 400,000 people.

Run by the RNA for 10 days in August and staged at its original birthplace, the Brisbane Showgrounds, the Ekka brings the country and city together for a true celebration of agriculture.

The Royal Queensland Show affectionately known as Ekka is Brisbane’s largest cultural festival, and an annual event held at the Brisbane Showgrounds.

The RNA’s mission is to celebrate and champion the essential role agriculture plays in the everyday lives of Queenslanders.
