Christmas Bear Sitting

Polar bears aren’t just cute and fluffy, they’re also associated with Christmas amongst all the bear species in the world. Probably because they live in the Arctic Circle — that includes Santa Claus’ home, the North Pole.

Aside from their association with snow and the North Pole, it’s also quite rare to spot a polar bear. They are classified as vulnerable by the World Wildlife Fund because of the rapid loss of sea ice in the Arctic Circle which they rely on for hunting and traveling.

Although they can grow up to 9 feet in length with razor-sharp teeth and wide paws, they still look adorable because of their white fur, which is actually transparent.

This fiberglass giant polar bear statue is certainly life-like standing at roughly 7.4 feet. Its height can be quite overwhelming but add a red scarf around its neck and a Santa hat on its head and it’s ready for the most wonderful time of the year. It perfectly cuddles an adult in its arms, too!
