Discovery Play Tunnels

Play tunnels and caves made from artificial rocks are fun for kids to explore while learning about their environment. Children love pretending to be animals in burrows, and seeing them close up! Through nature-based play, they can learn about underground dwelling animals, and view the outside world from a different perspective. The addition of clear domes lets in light and enables children to get their bearings as they explore.

The play tunnels or ‘burrows’ pictured were custom-built for “Wild Island” at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. The project included 40 metres of caves and passages. The transparent viewing bubbles allowed visitors to get up close and personal with animals that dig and burrow, in their natural habitat.

Ideal as a child-friendly attraction for wildlife parks and zoos, the discovery play tunnel concept is also great for playgrounds and schools. Additional Extras

Clear coat finish or a heavy duty gel coat finish is recommended for all products that will be used outside, to protect the finish. See product care guide

Delivery costs depend on location, packaging requirements, and quantity/type of items ordered. Items can be picked up from our office, or you can arrange your own freight.
