Flower Vase in Renaissance and Oviform Design
Oviform is a shape that appears like an egg and through time, flower vase designs evolved into this form. When opulent Versailles and the Renaissance period are portrayed in a vase, it results in a captivating, sophisticated and creative oviform vase that is the subject of this particular floral vase. The piece measures 28 centimetres in height and has a length and width of 31 centimetres each respectively.
Cast in durable fibreglass and set in roman stone finish, this intricately handmade vase has acanthus leaves decorating its neck, the bottom of its oviform body, and its plinth or base. The vase can hold fresh or dried flowers or leafy plants to complement a floral and classical themed wedding. It can also be placed in the garden as an ornamental piece to balance the lush vegetation with a timeless roman stone element.
