Life-like Cane Toad Table
It is true that cane toads have been invasive species in Australia since they were introduced sometime in 1935 to supposedly manage cane beetles. Now, they can even go as far as invading your commercial, educational, or perhaps residential space with this Crane Toad Table that completely mimics its namesake and inspiration.
The table stands at a good 59 centimetres with the glass top coming separately so one can contemplate first on showcasing its lifelike horizontal pupil, golden iris, warty skin, and yellow to brown colour. Like the real one, its toes are webbed and fingers unwebbed.
While the infamous and venomous amphibian may have already surprised someone once by the porch or along the road, this particular Cane Toad Table will not be bothersome enough to steal food or secrete poison as it will simply behave by the corner while ogling for people’s attention. That is not so invasive after all.
