Giant Fairy-tale Mushroom Shade

Amanita Muscaria is not a name of a fairy-tale character, although it is a scientific name of a mushroom seen in fairy tales. The red and white fungus is also called fly agaric or fly amanita because bits of it are mixed with milk to attract and kill flies. Fly agaric is mostly found in a patch of ground near birch, oak, or spruce trees and these can grow up to 30 centimetres. This lovely Giant Mushroom shade, however, made of durable fiberglass goes as tall as 3 metres!

Similar to its mushroom inspiration, the shade has a red cap with white warts and stem including the true-to-life details of its interior cap and slit. Even though it cannot be used to trap flies, it can definitely confine you to an alternate fantasy. Take your crowd to wonderland and add this piece of larger-than-life magical umbrella shade. Place it against a green garden backdrop and complement it with charming outdoor rustic benches and lamp posts.
