Over the years, Natureworks has built an impressive collection of sculptures depicting the extinct megafauna of Australia and other countries. You won’t find such a complete collection of accurate megafauna replicas anywhere else.
Megafauna are large animals that lived in the Pleistocene epoch. Some species co-existed with Australia’s First Nations peoples for at least 30,00 years (see our megafauna sculptures at Mt Isa). For more examples, see our Megafauna Catalogue.

We acknowledge the First Peoples – the traditional owners of the lands where we live and work, and we recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay respect to elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge the important role Aboriginal Peoples and Torres Strait Islanders continue to play within the Queensland community.
